Definitions

Confirmation of Details: I confirm that all details provided in the registration form are accurate to the best of my knowledge.

Previous Applications: I have not applied independently or through any other agency to any universities or colleges, except as disclosed.

Representation Authorization: Saga Studies is authorized to represent me concerning my admissions and interests with international institutes.

Information Sharing: I consent to Saga Studies sharing information related to my international education with educational institutions abroad and contacting me via SMS, email, or phone call.

Understanding of Programs: I acknowledge that the courses and programs I am applying for are governed by the terms and qualifications of the respective institutes. Saga Studies is only responsible for assisting in securing admissions and not for the content of the programs.

Admission Guarantee: Saga Studies does not guarantee admission to any institute. They will not be liable for any rejection or refusal from an institute.
