CAIPS
CAIPS refers to the Computer Assisted Immigration Processing System which is an online system. In this system all the chronicles of visa applications submitted with the Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) are retained and managed by the Canadian visa offices.
The information of the applicant applying for the visa is stored in CAIPS notes also known as e-notes. The data precisely includes the details of the location where the visa application was submitted, analyzed and assessed with the necessary remarks by the visa officers with respect to relevant application. However, the CAIPS has now been substituted by Global Case Management System (GCMS).
This system provides CAIPS notes with prominent insight of the visa application with the reasons of refusal, missing documents (if any) and reason for landing on such judgment of the potential applicants.
CAIPS FILECHECK notes are generated outside the country of Canada on solicit. The progress of the application is mentioned in a detailed computer printout of notes. Every single measure taken on your status is imprinted on the file.
